Pet Strollers - a necessity or an extravagance?
There are proponents on both sides of the fence at the local dog park. A select group feel feel that placing your dog inside a stroller while out walking in the park or strollin' through the local market is obsurd. On the other side of the picnic table you have the group that can site numerous reasons to own a pet stroller. To all the nay-sayers we say consider the following: are you more concerned of what others think or what the safety and well being of your pet?
Pet Strollers give you the option to protect your cat or dog from passers-by, other dogs both leashed and unleashed, provide a refuge for tired little legs that just cannot keep up with your pace. The use of a pet stroller allows you to bring your pet to locations that otherwise would be off limits. (the mall, grocery store, some local restaurants) Pet Strollers are an ideal solution to getting your disabled pet some fresh air. Who doesn't love a walk with the breeze blowing through your hair on a cool afternoon or evening.
Does your pet suffer from separation anxiety every time you leave to jaunt down to the local market or meet a friend for coffee? A pet stroller gives you the option to bring your pet along with you and provide him with a safe, secure environment while moseying along! All dogs love to go for walks but little legs or aged legs may not be able to 'go the distance' if you are out and about too long so having a pet stroller allows you to continue on your quest for a healthy lifestyle and allows them to relax at the same time.
Pet Strollers are ideal for cats who love the outdoors but not the threat of random dogs barking or darting. Pet Strollers give your feline friend a safe haven behind zippered mesh compartments that allow them to still enjoy the fresh air, beautiful view of the great outdoors without danger.
Two dogs can easily be accomodated in several different styles of pet strollers so there is no more getting tangled up in leashes! Trips to the vet and in and out of your home or apartment offer stress free transitions to the pet stroller owner. Many pet strollers offer a detachable carrier that can be used as a pet car safety seat while traveling in your car.
We wouldn't recommend a pet stroller to the young healthy pups with an exuberance of energy, they will need an abundance of exercise but you know if that is your dog.
So after all the treats are gone and the sunsets on the frolicing dogs at the dog park the Yea's have it. It only took some cleverly planned responses to get the nay-sayers to agree that pet strollers can be a a necessarily, convenient addition to your pets boudoir for the right dog!
Happy strollin'!
