PetStrollers.cc is certain you will love your new pet stroller but in the rare event that our products do not live up to your expectations please call or email our customer service to obtain a Return Authorization Number as noted below.
RETURN POLICIES: Always inspect your package upon receipt to make certain it is complete and undamaged from shipment!
- Defective Products: Our products are carefully inspected however if you happen to receive an item that has been damaged in transit or is defective, please call or email us within 5 days of receipt of your order. We will get a new stroller or any missing parts sent out to you immediately.
- Unopened Products: You may return any unopened products for a full refund within 30 days of receipt of your order. Items must be returned in the original packaging and remain unopened. The customer is responsible for return shipping to our store. You will be refunded your purchase price with no deductions for restocking fees or for our shipping costs to send the stroller to you. This policy applies to unopened products.
- Opened Products: After opening your new stroller, you decide that this product will not work for you - you may return the item within 14 days of receipt of your order. A refund will be issued to you less a 25% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for return shipping to our store. These products will no longer be eligible to be sold as new to our customers and usually are donated.
- Exchanges: If you need to exchange one pet stroller for another due to reasons other than defect this may be done so without a restocking fee. The customer is responsible for return shipping to our store. Upon receipt of the returned stroller you will be credited for the original order MINUS shipping costs from our warehoue on the replacement stroller. Exchanges will only be accepted when made within 21 days of the receipt of the original stroller.
- Shipping Fees: As always our standard shipping is offered free of charge. Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable.
Returns should include original packing materials, box, tags, any uncompleted warranty documentation, and a copy of the packing slip with reason for the return. Contact us by phone or email to request a RA Number. Upon return shipment, email us with the tracking number so that we may track your return shipment and ensure that a prompt credit will be issued to you.
If you need to cancel for any reason, you may do so within TWO HOURS of placing your order. Due to the fast shipping on these items cancellations must be made by telephone () and NOT via e-mail. Calls for cancellation outside of normal business hours will be processed the next business day. Please leave a detailed voicemail with your name, order number and items to be cancelled. If a cancellation request is received beyond two hours your order may need to be handled as a return as listed above if the item has already shipped.
Items that are refused shipment or if the item is unable to be delivered due to an error in the address provided, a credit will be issued for the item, minus shipping charges.
